Do you take a percentage of my bookings?
No. We charge a flat monthly fee only. Stripe charges their standard processing fee (2.9% + 30¢) but that goes directly to Stripe, not us. We never take a cut of your revenue.
Is there really no credit card required to start?
Correct. You get 14 days completely free. We'll ask for payment info at the end of your trial — not at signup. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're never charged.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. You get a full export of your contacts, bookings, and session files within 30 days of cancellation. After that, data is permanently deleted.
Do I need technical skills to set this up?
Not at all. Setup takes under 30 minutes. On Elite, we'll do it with you via a white-glove onboarding call. On all plans, our support team is available at info@sessh.studio.
