Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sessh (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including studio owners, artists, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Sessh provides a studio management platform including booking automation, client communication, payment processing, and session management tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sessh. By creating an account or submitting any form on our platform you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18 we will terminate their account immediately.

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

Studio owner accounts are subscription-based. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable monthly fee for your chosen plan. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Free trials are 14 days. A valid payment method is required at signup.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
5. Payments & Deposits

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Sessh does not store credit card information. Studio owners are responsible for setting their own deposit policies and session rates. Sessh does not take a commission on bookings — we charge a flat monthly subscription fee only.

6. SMS Communications

Program Name: Sessh Studio Booking & Session Notifications

Program Description: By providing a phone number and booking a session through a Sessh-powered studio page, you consent to receive automated SMS messages related to your booking. These messages include booking confirmations, deposit receipts, session reminders, session file delivery notifications, and post-session follow-ups.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 6 messages per booking (confirmation, deposit receipt, 24-hour reminder, 1-hour reminder, file delivery, review request).

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Support: Reply HELP to any SMS for help, or contact us at info@sessh.studio.

Sessh is not liable for carrier delays or failures in SMS delivery.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sessh to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Send spam, harassment, or unsolicited commercial messages
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate studio management
8. Cancellation & Data

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. You may request a data export within 30 days of cancellation. After 30 days your data is permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sessh is not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings, or business losses resulting from platform downtime, SMS delivery failures, or any other service interruption. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
